To mark 50 years since the naming of the Walter Havighurst Special Collections and University Archives, the Libraries are celebrating with three special events this fall. Featuring renowned scholars from Miami University and the surrounding community, the presentations offer opportunities to gather with friends, family, and colleagues, and learn more about the past, present, and future of special collections and archives.
On Sept. 26, professor emeritus William C. Pratt delivered his presentation “Miami University: One History, Two Historians” in King 320, detailing the lives and scholarship of Phillip Shriver and Walter Havighurst.
